Never-before-seen Oingo Boingo music video for "Dead Man's Party". Tim Burton & the Skeleton Band Leader have all the right moves that would impress Danny Elfman himself.
This is wonderfully edited and better than the original video. It’s a shame this song was nowhere in the movie. Corpse Bride didn’t have very memorable music.
One of the great songs of the 80's, and a great movie too. Miss the Tim Burton movies, only others that are in the same ballpark are ones by Guillermo Del Toro.
Absolutely LOVE your interpretation. This is the kind of video this amazing song deserved, not excerpts from Back to School. I mean, I get it, but, I mourn the loss of what could've been a kick ass video.
It is nothing short of brilliant how well this syncs up with the music. The tempo, the "lip" syncing, even down to the appropriate instruments! Granted, the mouth movements sometimes go out of sync with the words, but they come few and far between. Excellent work, mate!
I say this video before the movie and it fits so well that I thought it was just actually in the movie, so I watched it last night to see the scene and was disappointed when this song wasn’t in the movie
I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go Walkin' with a dead man over my shoulder I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go Walkin' with a dead man over my shoulder Waiting for an invitation to arrive Goin' to a party where no one's still alive Waiting for an invitation to arrive Goin' to a party where no one's still alive I was struck by lighting, walkin' down the street I was hit by something last night in my sleep It's a dead man's party, who could ask for more Everybody's comin', leave your body at the door Leave your body and soul at the door Don't run away, it's only me Only me, only me I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go Walkin' with a dead man, with a dead man Ooh-ooh, waitin' for an invitation to arrive Ooh, walkin' with a dead man, with a dead man I got my best suit and my tie With shiny silver dollar on either eye I hear the chauffeur comin' to my door He says there's room for maybe just one more Hey, I was struck by lighting, walkin' down the street I was hit by something last night in my sleep It's a dead man's party, who could ask for more Everybody's comin', leave your body at the door Leave your body and soul at the door Don't run away, it's only me Don't be afraid of what you can't see Don't run away, it's only me Don't be afraid of what you can't see It's only me I was struck by lighting, walkin' down the street I was hit by something last night in my sleep It's a dead man's party, who could ask for more Everybody's comin', leave your body at the door Leave your body and soul at the door Don't run away, it's only me Don't be afraid of what you can't see Don't run away, it's only me Don't be afraid of what you can't see It's only me It's only me, only me It's only me, it's only me Only me, it's only me It's only me It's only me
Wait! It’s not Tim Burton’s song. It’s Danny Elfmans song! I get it that Tim Burton’s background (corpse bride) was used, but the title should have reflected that.
I'm a Boingo fan from way back when they were the Mystic Knights. This is one h___ of a video.
It's okay, you can say heck here
Thank you sir
Would've been perfect for the death scene of Alec and Gena
I remember going to egypt in 1988 where this kid with a funny looking book told me this would be a hit song in the future
Eyyyyy

The movie isn’t that memorable…
@@lordneeda235 how, I loved it
and one of the first songs gets in my head but I cant remember the words
Victor's piano theme hits me as the most memorable piece.
This song could've easily been in corpse bride or nightmare before Christmas
It’s not Halloween without this song
One of the great songs of the 80's, and a great movie too. Miss the Tim Burton movies, only others that are in the same ballpark are ones by Guillermo Del Toro.
There's no reason this should work so well. This is pretty much flawless combo!
Absolutely LOVE your interpretation. This is the kind of video this amazing song deserved, not excerpts from Back to School. I mean, I get it, but, I mourn the loss of what could've been a kick ass video.
Thanks Sir! I agree with yah
@@NewFriendJason Thanks, Jason! However, je suis une femme! (I still watch this quite often. So fun! And again, outstanding job!)
@@jaimegerard295 Got him LOL Well done, girl!
it is impossible to combine this scene and this song and make it look bad this edit is incredible
One of my favourite Halloween songs , good it will be popular now 😊

Why and how didn't this song make it into the soundtrack for Beetlejuice?!
Because it was featured in Rodney Dangerfield's "Back To School"
Death happens asshole . Nice fucking model
I'm very impressed, I'm going to spread this video around as much as I can
0:37 "Lost your head, did ya? LOL here, take mine."
"And mine..."
"And mine...et ad nauseam LOL"
This is perfect.
Omg!!!ooooooov these versions
Well, Tim Burton did do the original claymation dead man's party. It's like 10 seconds. You did a good job with this, though.
I say this video before the movie and it fits so well that I thought it was just actually in the movie, so I watched it last night to see the scene and was disappointed when this song wasn’t in the movie
Wow still a great song miss the 80s
the fact it works perfectly... great job. :)
Too cute for words❤❤❤
Amazing edit

Definitely seems like a legit promo for corps bride. (Using one heck of a Awesome song) not to meantion a awesome music video.

The video I didn't know I needed to make!!!
Quem gosta de festas, certamente gostava do oingo boingo.arrebentava!
le queda como anllo al dedo
Si
They should have thrown this into the movie as a nice little easter egg.
For the credits at the end would've been perfect
🎉🎉🎉🎉
So cool
Danny Elfman was in Oingo Boingo
Wait! It’s not Tim Burton’s song. It’s Danny Elfmans song! I get it that Tim Burton’s background (corpse bride) was used, but the title should have reflected that.
Thanks for watching! Seeing as how Tim Burton doesn’t make music I don’t think anyone would mistake this for a song of his…
Danny Elfman scored more than one Tim Burton film, that's why they are often ' linked ' together.
i love how this song is 2:16 long
I decided to watch the movie I did this song is nowhere to be heard STILL A GREAT MOVIE but that was kind of a let down
👍🏼☠️👍🏼
Back to School!
Where's James Haliday?
Why have widespread panic not played this😢
Can you make hulk vs zombies?
