I replaced mine with a quick release, took it to a shop, was able to keep my cruise control
How much did that cost
air bag light come on afterwards?

Needs more info on the horn setup...
I ran a horn delete on the wheel and ran an auxiliary button near the turn signal
Kind of late but you can use a EK horn shoe instead of a paperclip.
