hey man, quick question, do you by any chance know what the best and most prime spots are for finding aardwolves?
Please can you a camp and game review on crocodile bridge
Thank you so much for the valuable information. It will be a first for us this year in May and your video's are very informative.
This video was so helpful thank you
Wonderful tips
We love driving the area around Lower Sabie too. Excellent sightings there!
We Love Nature, for sure! 🙌🏻😎
Although on the tar roads the speed limit is between 40 and 50 km/h as far as I remember, don't count on maintaining this speed. The best advice I ever received for drives in Kruger, especially around the busy camps like Lower Sabie, is to calculate time on roads at an average of 25km/h. This allows for bush roadblocks and stopping for sightings along the way and is the best way to avoid missing gate closing time.
Thank you for an awesome video, I look forward to the rest that are coming!
Geoffrey, that’s a great tip 👍🏻🙏🏻
extremly great video its detail yet easy at interesting to watch
Can't wait for the rest of the series. Loving this channel. Thanks for the great content.
Mohsin, it’s my pleasure! 😎
This is a series I am going to enjoy. Thank You and very well done!!
I'm glad! 😀I look forward to making them...
all your videos are Precious! thanks so much for your great job! you are TOP!
This is a phenomenal video. Having grown up in Phalaborwa I’ve been venturing the Kruger National Park since I was a little boy, the park holds nostalgic memories and is undoubtedly my favorite place in the entire world. I’m considering buying that sighting book as well. Great content, thanks for the lovely video.
Thabiso, thank you so much for the kind words! 🙏🏻 It’s for passionate people like you that I created this video and channel 🙌🏻😁
Abraços do Brasil.
It's like going on a safari.
Great review! Well done Villiers
Leon, thanks you very much 🙏🏻
Villiers, Very informative and nicely presented, looking forward to the whole series.
Thanks so much, Etienne!
Thank you for the lovely video! On my way to Lower Sabie soon, any advice on the Night vs Sunset drives around Lower Sabie?
Thanks 🙏🏻 Personally I prefer to do my own drive around sunset and then to go with the park after dark.
@@TheSafariExpert thank you so much for the insight - I binged the living shit out of your content after finding your channel, thank you for all you do, it allows one to really maximize precious time / funding and make the most of a trip.
PS. the hidden gem that is Manyeleti self-drive is pure insanity; can't wait to get there.
Nice place to visit I like❤
Shame you had to mention the S30😂 Possible the best road in the park. Sightings as good as or even better than what we call "the golden mile" (H4-1). Big difference is that the S30 is normally quiet and you get to spot and enjoy the sightings by yourself. On the H4-1 its just driving from traffic pile up to pile up.
Thanks for this video man! You mention the S28 as “one of the three best roads in the park for cheetah”… what are your other two favorites? 🙏🏼👊🏼
H7 between Orpen and Satara and S30 Salitje Road between Skukuza and Lower Sabie
What is the best time to drive in the morning
When the gates open
Hi there. I am loving your reviews. Have you got anything on Sable Hide when you can spend a night?
Howzit bro i would say sable hide is a viable camp/ hide to spend for a night or a few best advice is to get out early morning drive towards letaba take the slip to the dirt and drive slow ill have a check of the road names for you
Great video any contact for full day game drives when staying at Lower Sabie Camp as Kruger self do not have this available. Thanks
Try Nombekana Tours! 💪🏻😎
@@TheSafariExpert Thanks
Also, regarding a drive north from Crocodile Bridge in the afternoon. Do you still recommend taking the S-28 gravel road instead of the tar road? Seems like there are many watering holes on the tar road that may be better for this time of year. Thank you!
It’s much of a muchness - both are good late afternoon
@@TheSafariExpert thank you brother!
Any advice on how someone in India can get a hold of an ebook version of "Kruger Self Drive"?
How can I upload your app on kruger I think it is great thank you fiona clarke
Fiona, the link to the App is in the video description.
Love the videos. We were planning to go to the Kruger for two weeks in 2021, but now we'll have to postpone it to 2022. Do you have a plan for the rest of the popular camps?
Hi Sumeet. I’m planning to post videos of all the park camps over the next year or two, but it’s very time-consuming. My suggestion is that you order the Kruger Self-Drive book (link in description) - it’s got al the info you need to book the best camp (for your needs) and drive the right roads...
Yep, finally got the book. Turned out to be cheaper than in South Africa.
Just done 3 week camping trip arround Kruger. Saw no Rhino. Are there any left alive?
yet the h4-2 is sandton drive its full of traffic yet good for viewing the big five but yet you hardly get the sightings to yourself
Is the Salf Drive Book available in e-book on line? Thank you
Not as far as I know.
Yes, the pdf version can be purchased from HPH Publishing
Ah, that’s great to know, thanks Christelle 🙏🏻🥳
@@TheSafariExpert my pleasure☺️
Have you seen Rhino when staying at lower sabie?
I have indeed, Nicholas, but not often.
@@TheSafariExpert awesome thx! Because I’m planning on going to lower sabie in July and I’m really wanting to see some rhino
Ai - miss the Bush!!
Ek glo jou, Fanie...
'You'll be unlucky not to see Elephants,' I'd have to disagree with you, I'd actually consider a lucky day in Kruger a day where you don't see a single Elephant.
Sien uit na die res van die reeks - so jammer dis nie in Afrikaans nie!
