As a youth in care. I’m 20 years old I decided to live with my mother and she refuses to buy groceries and this is accurate. Biological and foster parents can both mistreat the children in care. It’s pure evil and when I was living with my foster mother I got $250.00 a month also paying my phone bill and food is the most struggle that a person can go through. People mistreat you while your in care and from my experience it’s not that much really to buy enough food and clothes. It makes me upset to. My own mother mistreats me and I’m 20! Still in the damn system. Sending prayers and love to the people in care. ❤️🙏
