    By setting the Tripwire mode with the line drawn at a distance of 35 meters from the camera, it is possible to trigger the camera alarm when any target (not just human or vehicle) crosses the line (especially at night) ??

      In your DMSS mobile app Device Details--> Notification-->Period Settings

    Hi. I can't seem to make my phone send notifications. It used to. Then one day it stopped and haven't heard the phone calling. When I checked why by clicking on the Alarm button in Dahua Settings (I use gDMSS Plus for Android), a screen comes up with words: 'No alarm hub. Please add one.' I then click on the + buttons on the mobile to add this supposedly hub (don't know which hub) and another page appears with a QR code scanner. Where do I point this scanner, on the PC, or...? Where is this QR code? The motion tests as shown in this video here is the same as set on my Dahua and those flashing squares (that follows you) also work. The beeping and an additional LED lights also flash on the DVR, but my mobile doesn't receive any notifications. What could possibly be wrong?

      Hi Mick,check if you stopped receiving push notification after any update etc on your mobile or internet service provider. If you keep encountering the same issue, you can contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you to resolve the issue.
