This not only helps me sleep, but it keeps my little fan on my laptop going. If my laptop goes to sleep, the fan shuts off (a wonderful safety feature), I put this on in the background at super low volume, even if I'm watching something else. I'm in Seattle, so I'm used to rain sounds, 😉
