Heavy Gauge Cut-To-Length Lines Coil Storage/Dual Uncoiler With Regenerative Drive Braking

In addition to staging multiple coils, our Storage System can also include perpendicular coil conveyors that provide additional storage and allows you to run coils out of sequence. Conveyors can also be extended to allow coils to be loaded from adjacent bays. Our Dual Stub Uncoiler features AC motors and drives with regenerative braking that generates electricity that is then used by the line.
Red Bud Industries' Heavy Gauge Cut-To-Length Lines are designed to withstand the toughest environments and applications in a service center or mill application. Our Heavy Gauge Cut-To-Length/Plate Lines can process material up to .750" (19 mm) x 96" (2440 mm).
