Hi friends! As you know I went through surgery recently and I am recounting my experience here with you. I talk to you in a soft spoken voice and take you through multiple scenarios with different characters throughout. I hope this inspires you to seek the treatment you need. One doctor told me I was being too patient waiting in pain for months and that was too patient with the system, thinking it would take care of me in a timely manner. He said I needed to advocate for myself and tell the healthcare system what it is I need. I'll never forget that and I hope it empowers you. I'm not a doctor, but I hope this helps you in some way. edit: Also, I don't know if they'll ever find me but I just want to give a big thank you to every person that helped me that day. Before I passed out I told them that they were my angels 👼 I hope they took it as a compliment! =D
Nurses deserve so much more credit (and financial compensation) than they get. Every nurse I've ever had has made procedures more like Ms. Charlotte's video and less like the scary situations they'd otherwise be.

Thank you sincerely for uploading this! I recently went through my first surgery and watched this video nearly every night prior to it. It helped me feel a lot less anxious and now it's nice to come back to this and be reminded of the lovely nurses who helped me post-op. Once again, thank you

🩺 This video is so like real life… your calming voice and manors were particularly comforting. The medical knowledge of anesthesia was very to the point of “TODAYS” in and out surgery procedures. I loved the reality of the video and will be watching frequently. Thank You for your creativity way of showing pre-op preparation. 🏵️🏆🏵️
