      Hi!
You can remove the ‘test copy’ watermark by changing the form via the Adobe Livecycle Designer.
We haven’t recorded such a McCoy tv yet, but it’s something we’re planning to cover in the future.
Please keep in mind that the ‘test copy’ watermark was added to indicate that the document is from a non-production environment. Before removing it, carefully consider whether it’s appropriate to do so.
      Hope this helps! Greetings Marlou

Hi, is it possible to only automatically Output the message when created, so manually when changed?

    • @McCoy-TV
      @McCoy-TV  5 місяців тому

      Hi Jeroen,
For sales orders this is possible as SAP provides a different output type for changed documents.
Create one rule with output type ORDER_CONFIRMATION and dispatch time 1 (immediately)
Create a second rule with output type ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE and dispatch time 2 (scheduled).
If you manually add a new output to for example a billing document, you should manually change the dispatch time to 2 (scheduled).
      Hope this helps! Greetings, Marlou

Hello, thank you very much for this video. It was very informative for me as I am about to start my first public cloud project. I am looking for an answer to a question asked by my consultant colleague. The client wants us to provide a customized template for them to download as a Word document to their local machine. Can we accomplish this with the public cloud?

Hi! Thank you for your question. Please first check with your client why they need a Word file instead of a standard PDF. Documents from SAP are not meant to be changed as you can have conflicting data in your SAP system compared to what the business partner receives. Hope this helps! If you have any follow up questions please don't hesitate. Greetings Marlou

Hi, is it possible to have two custom templates assigned to one output type. And then have both output types generated on the same action.
An example of this is a client had a BOL and a delivery pick list to be generated from custom templates. In Public cloud, we assigned each of these custom templates to the output type of pick_list. SAP restricts us from creating a new output type. I could not find a way to generate both custom templates to the same output type.
Is this possible? Do you know of a way to do this?

      Hi @markasconstanzo 5681,
Thanks for your question. We know it's possible to generate 2 output types in a non public cloud environment, but for now we have not seen or be able to do this in a Public Cloud environment ourself as of today. So we're afraid we can't help you with this one. Greetings, McCoy
