I'm not sure if she was ever gotten out as an exe target in the original morning lobbies, but even then it must've been pretty rare that I can't recall any other time.

I think the role only picks crewmates. That’s why in another game hafu knew dumbdog was crew because she had to get him voted out.
Exe can only have a crewmate target, not neutral or imposter.
