Great drill I will use this in my practices for conditioning, mental, physical, and finishing layups.
Hope it helps! We think it’s a great drill
Excellent Drill Coach!! Thank you for sharing!!
Love your drills. There some of the best I’ve seen around for full team participation
Dude! You are really an awesome coach for doing this!!
that's a great drill! Thanks Coach!
Very gd drill
Thx coach ❤️🙋🏽♂️
Excellent drill
Awesome drill coach. My gym is limited to 2 hoops. So I'll split the group to line up up both sides & they can alternate. Set number of layups made or timed. Thanks again
Is this school Hamilton Southeastern?
How can you get everyone involved in this without wasting time?
This video is just a demonstration. We usually have groups at 6 different baskets. It should only take about 2 min per player to complete. So if you have 18 players - split up 3 to a basket, you can finish the drill in under 10 min.
Coach how many sets?
We usually do it once to start a workout or end a workout. You can do as many times as you like, but it definitely is a difficult conditioning drill so be prepared for kids to be tired.
@@CoachAshworth no coach im doing it because i need to improve my condition and thank you so much coach for replying to my comment🙏
If we want to do this exercise for all team members, the waiting line will be very long!!!!
Facts. This would bore the team out, they might as well just run shuttles as a team to get their fitness up.
ÑE
Lol
TERRIBLE practice drill: one guy working; 25 guys watching. Do this at home on your own with a partner. Get a drill that involves everybody or at least 5 team members at a time. THINK about it. Don't just be a fan boy
I tend to agree with what you just mentioned, but this drill can be modified to include everyone if you have enough baskets. You can have a shooter/finisher, rebounder/passer, and contest man all played by a different player. But the setup as shown is terrible and boring for the other players
He mentioned it was a demonstration here
As a former College basketball player we Considered these worthless drills just a time waster.
