The new champ should be able to get any soul on parry. But a GB only gives you two souls that you can pick with inputs

I personally always felt that three souls was too much when i was playing him. People that dont fear his GBs are too easy to get all 6 from, and people that do almost never get GB'd because of how much I'd get. I'm not sure if I'd want any parry to guarantee any soul, but if that was paired with a change that made it so the bash wasn't guaranteed on heavy parry, I'd be cool with that
Note: my dislike of bash on heavy parry is not from the 95 damage. In fact, maybe he could have a special parry punish for the 95 damage, like JJ choke (though no swapping bugs (hopefully), for obvious reasons). My issue lies with the ability to unconditionally execute on heavy parry. I also dislike this trait on Conq and Afeera
