There is actually no real valid reason to have put up a barb wire on someone else's house because of the actions of someone in literally a different country. Besides what does Israel expect? In 1947 the British proposed a partition in India for the creation of Pakistan for the Muslims and the Hindus in India and that's the same year that they proposed the partition for the Arabs and the Jews and just think if they would have accepted it then or the other three or four times it's been proposed all of this could have been avoided
The Arabs had a far worse territory plan than Israel. Just look up the 1947 partition plan. Pakistan isn't nearly as bad.

It is there for "security reasons". There is actually no real reason for the barb wire other than to control and punish the people in the west bank for Hamas. Obviously while this does not help Israel's case towards an end to the violent conflict.
