沙茶醬炒脆肉鯇魚
材料:
鯇魚腩1個
沙茶醬
芫荽1棵
處理:
1. 鯇魚腩,切一條條,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 芫荽,切去根部,清水洗淨,切段。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 魚,加入生粉1湯匙,撈勻。
3. 放魚落鑊,大火煎香。
4. 魚的一面已煎了2分鐘,反轉繼續煎。
5. 加入沙茶醬1湯匙半,炒勻。
6. 加入生粉芡,炒勻至收汁。
7. 魚,每邊都煎了2分鐘。
8. 上碟,放上芫荽。
9. 完成,可享用。
Pan~fried grass carp with sa cha sauce
Ingredients:
Grass carp belly 1 No.
Sa cha sauce
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Grass carp belly, get it shredded. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
2. Coriander, cut off roots. Rinse with tap water. Cut in lengths.
Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. The belly, mix well with 1 tbsp of tapioca starch.
3. Put fish in wok. Fry at high flame.
4. One side of fish has been fried for 2 minutes, flip over and continue frying.
5. Add in 1.5 tbsp of sa cha sauce, fry well.
6. Add in tapioca sauce. Fry well to make the sauce thick.
7. The fish, each side has been fried for 2 minutes.
8. Put on plate. Put coriander on top.
9. Complete. Serve.
