I’ve been using Laura Geller Balance and Brighten for more than 10 years. The one thing that still amazes me still to this day is that I can watch my face transform as I apply the Balance and Brighten. That’s one of the best parts of my day. It’s amazing to watch the transformation in the mirror. It’s still such a shock. I just love your products. Even now, 10 years after retirement, this is still the most transformative makeup I’ve ever used.

I just received my Geller kit. I love it. I’m 71. My face is mostly oily and textured with visible pores. My makeup looks beautiful. It feels like I’m wearing nothing. My new holy grail!

As a purchaser of Geller powders , some are nice, some are orange nightmare. Ordered several shadow palettes over time, only to return as states made in China!! So much for Italy hype. I’m sure some are made as advertised but to be honest only products I didn’t discard are a few powders. The spackle awful stuff, shadows crumbled, lipstick neh, so it’s very much pot luck what you’re going to get.
Jumped on. Advertising works. Love the look. Even 32 year old daughter noticed a difference and I’m a make up freak. 59 years old, dry skin. Got medium and golden med and needed latter. Brushes great price with discount Love this ladies attitude too. And yes Buttercream blush color seems to be almost a universal pretty pink color

I received this starter kit from a friend of mine and I’ve been using it for a couple of months. I’ve loved it, and didn’t even have your tutorial! Duh! What a great product! I’m 74 and have been looking for foundation for my mature skin. I used the platinum spackle and applied the double take versatile powder foundation. This was recommended for me because I have pigmentation on my skin. This is the best I have ever used. It covered the pigmentation and did not accentuate the wrinkles and my skin looked like it did when I was 20! I cannot say enough about this fabulous makeup! Thank you Laura Geller!!!!

I just received my Laura Geller baked makeup I love it, very impressed 😁!!
I watched the video twice after opening the package and then I slowed the video to really catch the full demonstration. What I found most interesting was using the darker eye shadow along the lower lid. I'm going to start trying that and see how it goes. We must apply some spackle before starting with the Laura Geller products. I didn't. And I was applying it like the powder compacts of long ago. We can't do that. This is not 1970 when the only foundation I wore back then was some powder from a compact, applied with the included powder puff. So now I have the moisturizing spackle and the one for the eyes and I'm ready to begin afresh.

I’m 54 and never use powder but these are great! The baked foundation stayed on over my moisturizer all day into the night! Looked amazing! I’m a fan and will be buying more products. My skin felt so good without heavy make up. The powder was invisible but gave me glowing natural skin! Did not settle into wrinkles. I just needed my regular moisturizer underneath. And I added some more after I applied the powder. Love love love the glow and how healthy my skin looked.

I've watched you on QVC for 10 years, yet never bought a thing. Other than mascara, blush, and lips, I've been queasy about delving into serious makeup, focusing instead on skincare (retin a/l ascorbic/c serums/glycolics/colorescience tinted sunscreen)
BUT ... NOW as I am months away from the big 6-0, I find myself wanting to bump things up a bit, and have immersed myself in YT makeup tutorials for women of our fabulous age n stage... And, THERE YOU WERE, EVERYWHERE, women about your baked line, especially the balance n brighten foundation. Since my tretinoin and other actives compound my already drier skin, I was doubtful that even with the 'glowing' reviews, MY skin would be flattered by this POWDER (yes, I understand it's DNA is "cream" 😉). I have literally tried liquid or powder foundations 5 or less times in my life with both formulations invariably creasing or flaking or splotching and only enhancing lines and aging. Instead, my COLORESCIENCE tinted sunscreen provides my DAILY UV protection, and adds a little dewy glow. Still, those YT videos were too enticing and so I finally decided to give it a whirl.... Your site had a 40% discount making it affordable for this currently unemployed person, and so like a child in a candy story, I had at it...
Bought 3 shades Balance + Brighten foundation (porcelain/fair/light) as I am fair to light w cool/neutral undertones, and folks were saying the porcelain provided cool that the fair and light did not, and recommended blending to achieve a cool/neutral final tone. Then, selected 3 marbleized blush n brighten blushes (pink buttercream, pink grapefruit, trop hues) after perusing online and talking with your chat folks. Finally, I HAD to try the french vanilla highlighter as you have been so passionate about it in recent years on QVC. Given my dry-ish skin and suspicion that NO "POWDER" could work for me, I added the spackle hydrate primer and the spackle electrolyte setting spray.
I was tempted to try more (under eye concealer, eye shadow, liner and lipstick) but thought I'd explore those in round 2....
Well, I can say I AM BLOWN AWAY. YES, this girl CAN wear foundation, AS LONG AS IT IS LAURA GELLER'S; and for now, it's the balance n brighten, for me. I'm still unsure which shade I'll ultimately choose, but for now the blending of porcelain and fair works well. That spackle hydrate primer -- that your chat folks said to apply AFTER my tinted colorescience sunscreen, FEELS so GOOD....(Is that correct? It shouldn't be applied BEFORE the liquid tinted sunscreen?) It seemed fine layered as I was advised, so just checking... As for the marbleized blush, I am ALSO impressed.... They are so pigmented, and I'm kinda new and far from having any technique, but when blended the PINK GRAPEFRUIT is fab-u-lous. LG chat folks said Pink Buttercream was most universal for my skin tone, so I DID get that and the trop hues ...and will continue experimenting with both, but the PInk Grapefruit surprisingly give a glow, some pinkish rosiness, but also some depth and dimension w a hint of bronze. I'm not the kinda 'girl' who will probably want to add a separate bronzer, especially with my cool light skin, but this combo ALL WITHIN this pink grapefruit seems genius.
I'm still on a STEEP learning curve with the french vanilla highlighter, and frankly, EVERYTHING, but it's fun and exciting to play -- especially when you see in real time the effect; everything is just refined, with an understated finish, and subtle glow where you want it. After my first attempt of an ALL LAURA GELLER face, I topped it off w the spackle setting spray w electrolytes. Again, OMG; it's got an INTOXICATING, irresistible scent and delivers a controlled, perfectly dosed, refreshing, ever so delightful mist...I never even KNEW what a setting spray was until watching tutorials, but now I think I'm going to have to purchase a few bottles for each and every bag so I am never without it...DELIGHTFUL
Well, there you have it. The only thing that could make this experience any better would be to find a Laura Geller location a subway-ride away from my Park Slope, BKLYN home. I would LOVE to get feedback in person from any of your product specialists... I THINK I'm doing 'okay' with it all, but again, I am a relative newbie - even at my age, and could use all the help I can get. I ALSO think there are MANY other products that would flatter my AGING SELF, if only I had a trained eye to point me in the right direction.
LOVE YOUR SPIRIT, vivaciousness, energy and enthusiasm. You are down-to-earth, sassy and glamorous at the same time; you make this all seem so accessible and doable. I think I'm going to be brave, buy that magnifying mirror, start my OWN daily makeup routine -- LARGE cup of coffee at my side -- and ENJOY the ride.

I just got these!! I’m soon to be 54 in a few weeks. I have rosacea and red, broken capillaries from sun damage. The baked foundation in Fair works beautifully on my skin. I do have to apply a little more coverage but Everyone is asking what I’ve done as far as my makeup and saying it looks much brighter and natural than usual. I do wig reviews and I think after getting the hang of applying this a little better, I’ll do a review on Laura Geller products and how I apply. ❤

I love the eyeshadow. My eyelids are naturally very oily even into my old(er) age, so most makeup creases and comes off after a few hours. But this baked formula absorbs the oils and lasts ❤

I think this is a simple make up, and it is great! I only use the powder foundation. When I first received it, I only applied it to half of my face. I compared the other side, and I saw a difference. I subtle difference and I loved it. Barely any makeup on and I looked flawless ❤ so it is what it is and I love it. I am 55 years old

Hey Laura, just curious did you moisturize and then prime? If so what did you use
We always suggest applying primer before your foundation application. Adding our spackle primer beforehand helps the foundation grip to your skin better which prolongs the wear of it throughout the day! It also helps to fill in pores and lines which allows for a smoother application.

Help! All of the sudden by wonderful Laura Geller baked make up has a shimmer to it that I do not like I never noticed it before and now I see it constantly I don’t like the shimmer look. What am I doing wrong?

We also think you should try our Double Take Baked Foundation- it's a more literal experience when it comes to shade matching and we think you are going to love it!

Either they were temporarily out of stock and that delayed my receiving it, or maybe someone from your Company saw this, but I’m good! I’m loving it. I purchased but must say I am disappointed. I have dark spots on the sides of my face and they’re not covered.

Wish I could show a before and after pic on here. This stuff is horrible! I’m 46 with no wrinkles or lines yet. My skin in “normal “, so not dry. I used the hydrate spackle (after moisturizing), then the baked balance and brightening followed by the marbleized blush, then baked highlighter (natural glow). My skin became cracked and wrinkled; looks like crepe skin. So then I finished off my new cracked, wrinkled skin with the filter finish setting powder. Absolutely horrible products! I’m so surprised! I’m so disappointed ☹️
Also, your skin definitely does feel like it has something on it (the paid actors haven’t been honest about that…) and my skin feels pretty tight.
I really hope I can return these without hassle. I’ve been duped. Don’t get duped as well.

Sorry you had a negative experience. I’m 51 and these products worked fabulous on me. It’s the first foundation that doesn’t accentuate my fine lines. I never feel like I have makeup on either.
