Side note: After deplete his hp, he revived and charge your np and his np, its basically np DPS check where you only allow using np to defeat him, if you failed to one shot him he will remove all your buff and perform np, and you cant revive, basically you lose entire fight and need try again

Gudao/Gudako died of exhaustion after defeating GRAND Foreigner SUPER SAIYAN ORT and ends up in the underworld from chapter 2 . Tez made a bet whoever wins in a Master vs Master Fight he will resurrect the winner [ We getting back our CS and Revive again or Tez will rewind time for Daybit the Day he had met Tez the 1st time] After winning , Daybit gives up and walks away and told Guda CHALDEAS is the WHOLE PLANET and marisbury's Grand Order is the True Villain

You misunderstood it. First, Da Vinci said that Daybit was expected to summon a berserker since he never tried to be understood, and he won't try neither to understand his servant. And then, in Yuga Kshetra, they figured out that his servant was a grand. It was never stated that he had a grand berserker though.
I think you get it a bit on reverse. It's kinda confirmed that he summoned a grand servant. Berserker part is actually a speculation based on data *still funny that he become a ruler tough
From what I can tell, it's sort of a last chance: he resets his health for the final bar and maximises the NP gauge for both teams, while also sealing your non-NP cards (not sure if for one turn or permanently). Either you finish him with as many damaging NPs you can muster in one turn, or he'll likely end you with his NP and your inability to fight back
Some use necromancy to try and get unlimited guts but I've also seen people use honey lake for extra damage with burn CC. I'm partial to both and will use both
