I have a question about hospitalization industry how oyo or air bnb fights against the situation of item theft . We all know that a hotel room will have minimum basic amenities like mattresses bulbs etc. . Imagine a customer books a room for rs 500. If before leaving the room the customer steals bulbs mattresses or any other amenities the total cost would be way more than rupees 500 so how would the hotel owner or oyo or airbnb has overcome this problem ????

There is huge issue of payment from Oyo. Many of small hotels complaining and leaving platform.Some of listed on Oyo app but you checkin they will say they are no more with Oyo 😂.

Moreover hotel and resort also feed up with Oyo they deny booking saying we don't accept Oyo booking and this can not be done without owner consent.... People who encounter such problem can comment... everything I wrote is on my personal experience with Oyo
