Not In God's Name explores the relationship between violence and religion with a focus on the historic tensions between the three Abrahamic faiths: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Speaker's Bio:
Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks is a global religious leader and the award-winning author of more than twenty-five books. He is a frequent and respected contributor to radio, television and press around the world and currently holds academic chairs at New York University, Yeshiva University and King’s College, London. Rabbi Sacks holds sixteen honorary degrees and has received many awards in recognition of his work, including the Jerusalem Prize. He served as Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth from 1991 - 2013.

I’m a ordinary women growing up in Catholic Churches I always believe in Jesus so I start getting to learn about the Bible so I attend Bible study one I did pay for the material they give us but I didn’t get a supposedly certificate for attending those classes they give me the material and I figured out my self and in the last Bible study I Attend the teacher was bullying and criticize Jews, Muslim, Catholic, Mormon’s culture and attack me too so I stand for all of you and my self I ask for Respect all religions culture general humans we not perfect I love to know about Jews because I read the Bible and Jews have the honor to be in the most famous book and is in the Bible Jesus recognizing other groups if they teach and preach but not Respect what is written were is the Respect

Thanks for the most valuable interview with Rabbi Jonathan Saxe. Nationalism and religion are definitely two diagonally opposite identies not to be mixed because it will become a source of violence.
Excellent lecture this book must be mandatory for political leaders and religious ones, and for the students as well at all levels.

He can be a Rabbi all he wants but Salvation only comes through Faith in Jesus Christ and He accomplished at the Cross. Yes Rabbis go to Hell also and if he’s calling those who teach the Truth that Hell is a real place if he’s saying that violence he’s a liar and does not know the Truth.
