2024 34th annual RCWC & EVCHC Thanksgiving Baskets

ROTARY CLUB OF WEST COVINA and EAST VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, PROVIDE THANKSGIVING MEAL BASKETS TO 95 LOCAL FAMILIES
This is the 34th annual Thanksgiving Basket community service project. An EVHC & Rotary Club of West Covina partnership
“The Thanksgiving baskets are more than just a meal to them, they bring them hope as they realize that others care about the wellbeing of their families.” said Alicia Mardini, Chief Executive Officer, East Valley Community Health Centers.
East Valley Community Health Centers (EVCHC) distributes the baskets of food to 95 local families. The baskets contain all the food for a complete Thanksgiving turkey dinner for an entire family. EVCHC selects the families, coordinates collection of the donated food and distributes the completed baskets. The food is donated by members of the Rotary Club of West Covina and others in the community. The baskets are assembled at South Hills Country Club and transported to EVCHC by members & Foothill Transit.
