Weak: candidate, campaign, and policy is what lost this race. As someone who flipped from blue to red, if you're blaming Biden, you still don't get it.
President Joe Biden should have stepped down after he fell off his bike... in other words, does it really matter. Trump won, for those who need to grieve - grieve - otherwise move on.
There were way more angry and struggling men than those women. Isn't it as simple as that? People who choose to become journalists aren't your average Joe on the street. Sometimes journalists' vision gets clouded by their own inherent qualities.
I think, if Biden steps down too early, it's admitting that he's not suitable to become president in the first place. So he's pressured to stay in the office and hang in there. In 2020, he already had the nickname sleepy Joe, so it's not like it's any surprise that he's not the fastest thinker. He did OK during the campaign but his decline worsened significantly. So in hindsight, he shouldn't have run in the first place. Other candidates like Bloomberg, Warren, and Andrew Yang all had a shot and would have been proactive during their term.
It’s not that she focused too much on “Dangers to Democracy” it was her lack of details of policies, her having done nothing as VP, ignoring the concerns of voters like high cost of living & that there is an immigration crisis at the border, on top of relying on her as a woman of color to be her primary reason as to why she’s fit along with her experience as a sketchy DA that put hundreds of her intended voters in prison/kept them there. She was a BAD choice and Democrats are to blame for ignoring preferable potential candidates like RFK, Andrew Yang, Liz Warren, (if they didn’t run her out) Tulsi Gabbard, and Bernie Sanders
Here from the US view the whole election can be boiled down to trump saying he cares about americans not haveing enough money for food and democrats like kamala harris only focused on "trump is the end of democracy and did you know i am from the middle class?"
Keep you people safe. How many years has Germany gone without a war? Do I hear a thank you? How long has this man been involved in that? You know I'm right, you know you are discourteous.
I shared this opinion with both my democrat and republican friends alike that he should step down during election season last year. The biggest evidence was when he flashed the cue card in 2022, and read the teleprompter's instructions multiple times. By stepping down, other candidates could have a fresh chance. Then someone reminded me that harris would become president and it became a whole new topic to ponder over. She could set up her position and a responsible role early. 0 surprise when she started running this June. It was the right choice for Biden. Appreciated but late.
Around the world, there's a growing sense of neglect toward the younger generation. They face lower salaries, precarious jobs, and the rising costs of having children. The housing market adds to their struggles, with soaring property prices making homeownership increasingly unattainable. For all these reasons, birth rates are plummeting. The poor get poorer, while the rich get richer-but no one is talking about this as a reason for the results.
Nope. You need to get some right wing commentary if you want to know why we voted the way we did. All you have are left leaning people on their normal talking points. Michael knowles, Ben Shapiro, Charlie kirk.
Ah the blame game
🍿
Every other person is at fault except the Candidate😂😂
Nonsense, 100 days is more than enough. In fact she got early 3 1/2 years, and she did not do much. She is probably the worst VP of America.
Give it a rest DW. That ship sailed a long time ago.
Well said!

America has finally been unburdened by what has been
America if finally free to remove the mask and show what it has been all along.
Should have been withdrawn long time ago
Do you remember Lets Go Brandon

It is still challenging for me to understand why they blamed Biden.
Because Kamala is a woman ?
The alternative is to accept that it's themselves to blame. They found a scapegoat

He shouldn’t have withdrawn at all. Democratic backsliding started with the Democrats. And you need to take Trump seriously.
Lets Go Brandon
@ShakibBaig1 yep, both Brandon Brown and Brandon Herrera, who'd make the best head of the atf ever.

Harris and Biden lost! Get over it!

Complete waste of time, take this man to jail.
Keep you people safe. How many years has Germany gone without a war? Do I hear a thank you? How long has this man been involved in that? You know I'm right, you know you are discourteous.
He seemed very relaxed and heppy after the speech he probably voted for trump😅
Instead of talking about what Dems did wrong, discuss what Trump did right because it was a lot of things
Don't blame Biden. Blame his dementia.
the screen of that guy was agreeing to what has been discussed just as much as the guy himself did 😂
Introduce herself? She is the VP of the country
The most important democracy is towards europe and america.
She had herself to blame. She said she would change nothing. Everyone knew her so she wasnt unknown
The problem was the political message. It was all wrong
rip sleepy
Looking at Camilla's numbers he should have stayed in can't do worse than her.
The cry continues

If he was perceived as cognitively he should have gone. Hubris? A weak leader that empowered Putler and other dictators...
I dont think so.. Harris is a weak candidate...
Germany is pranked by democrats.
Sleepy Joe still alive?
He shouldn’t talkative anything,,Just leave never come back
Clearly. But the result would have been similar. NEXT!
What, you have 25 or 30 year olds coming up with content for you for clicks? Focus on Trump now...that's your scare!
Nothing could have changed the victory of Donald Trump as president of USA
Totally bias reporting with little understanding of current conditions

Word salads galore is now unburdened by what has been. 😂❤🎉
I think Mike Pompey may come back. He looks so different and slim now.
It's so hard to tell with such a defeated country as yours ;)
But, you can thank Joe Biden.

Where is my comment
All in good deutschland humor right? (Sorry. Is that east or west?)
Huh???
