I never thought I would see the day for SNES Mario Circuit 3 to have two categories. All 32 tracks in the game have some game breaking mechanic, such as an ultra shortcut glitch, non-ultra shortcut glitch, supergrinding, and superhopping. Amazing TAS!
yeah this was the one track that made people think "ok maybe it wont work everywhere" since for the past year the superhopping test lap was still a second or two slower than the NG lap

All tracks in the game now have a no glitch category (we got 1/2 in Apr 2008, 3 in Jun 2008, 4 in Jul 2008, 5 in Jan 2009, 6 in Apr 2009, 7 in Nov 2009, 8 in Jul 2010, 9 in Sep 2010, 11 in Jun 2011, 12 in Aug 2011, 13 in Jun 2012, 14 in Jul 2012, 15 in Apr 2013, 16 in Dec 2014, 17 in Jul 2015, 18 in Jul 2015, 19 in Mar 2016, 20 in Sep 2018, 21 in Feb 2019, 22/23/24/25/26/27/28 in Jun 2019, 29 in Jul 2019, 30 in Oct 2019, 31 in Jun 2021, and now 32 in Feb 2023!!!) Also, two things: - How did you finish this so quickly ??? - Someone has to say it, but you could have saved a few milliseconds with the new start slide :p
Is superhopping just like frame perfect firehopping (MK8)? Is it possible we see strats develop to do it for a single turn or straightaway at the start (to save 0.2 or something) in RTA?
