i can feel she's most comfortable/confident/secure around her members, be it on stage or outside 'cuz she seems like the introverted type, even though she's got that super talented voice and appearance to stand alone on stage and outshine everyone... i'm also kinda introverted and feel BEST around ma CLOSEST buddies so i understand Taeyeon... >~
Yeah, I agree with you. I feel like Taeyeon is the type that is more comfortable around people she's familiar with and is quite shy which is probably why she spends most of her free time in the comfort of her home. Taeyeon can definitely capture an audience and outshine other people with her vocals but because of her introverted nature, I feel like that's why it took her this long to go solo.

Its not about the pronunciation. Singers normally change the pronunciation to fit the song better
Mindy Chua Uh no. Koreans are generally known to have a heavy accent that makes them hard to pronounce many certain words. You don't see any American or English singers changing the pronunciation to fit the song right?

Total zero confidence in this performance. What happens to the energetic and camera friendly leader? I'm looking at it, still,, a weirdly awkward performance I've ever seen. The song is amazing but her? Not at all.
