A Blonde telecaster is an off-white soild cream-coloured guitar with a white scratchplate. They also had a chrome cover over the bridge. Like in the advert from 1972 you show at the beginning of your vid.
The butterscotch blonde with the wood grain (I guess "black guard" with a little more blonde to it) in the fsr MexiTele from a few years ago with the reversed knobs was the best money I've ever spent. I have a few more teles, Les Paul, Japanese Strat (which is amazing to play) but I always find myself with that fsr tele in my hand and it was half the price of most of the guitars I own. Can't beat a tele.
I had a Squire Bullet Tele and it was stolen and I wanted to replace it and I was checking out all of the budget Tele! Someone told me about Monoprice and I saw the butterscotch blonde for 99 dollars and I bought it blindly and I was shocked and happy! My buddy had a 1962 seafoam green that I had been playing and we compared each one and we couldn't tell the difference in sound or make! I wish I had known about Monoprice because they make budget, mid, and high-end guitars I would've gotten one of the Strat models which I replaced with the Bullet Strat HSS HT!
The Squier Classic Vibe is quite impressive except for the rather weak/sterile pickups. I'd expect it to sound much better with a decent pair. The Nocaster at the end is the one I'd pick if I had the cash, though. It's just perfect right out of the box.
I'd love the classic vibe but each one I've ever picked up has been very weighty, very heavy & I prefer a lighter guitar these days (I'm 73). But they look incredibly good.
It sucks. I bought one after watching myriad of tone demo online. The Affinity tone is cheap and boxed. Got a chance to go to the store and play bunch of fender on bunch of amps listen with my own ear, night and day, classic vibe is better but sounds less clarity to the Fender Player. All due to cheap pickups, buying used Fender or many other cheap options like Tokai, Sire is much better than Affinity.
Hi there, just looking at your video, very interesting, I can tell you a story about the guitar on the left of the picture that comes up one minute into your video, because I own it.
Why do so many people misuse "price point"? Likely because they don't know how it's different from "price" or when to use which one. In this instance, "PRICE POINT" is wrong. You should've used price. Price point is used when discussing products that aren't available for sale at a set price. You use it when you're still trying to determine what price to sell a product at. That's when you discuss price points. When a product doesn't have a set price yet. All of those guitars have set prices. So you DON'T use price point in this case. Google price vs price point and learn the difference. Maybe people will start using it correctly instead of using it in Place of "price"
I get myself the Nashville Tele, however they all sound really good to me, even the Affinity Squier. All really great sounds.
its the most Iconic Electric Guitar for me yes. the Squire Classic vibe i'd like so much but the Fender Player Plus Nashville would be the dream one!

Muy bien!! El video que estaba buscando. Me quedo con la Telecaster Fender Player Series. Gracias y saludos desde Perú. 🎸👍
Finally a review with a guitarist that can actually play

Would be cool if you added the same reverb on all others like on custom shop one.. Or played custom shop one without reverb as well...

Raise them up. I thought mine were crap until I realised how low they were. Raised them up to fender specs and they really came alive.
I've got the hots for the Fender Player Plus Nashville.
I just got one 2 days ago, it's pretty bad ass and very versatile. If you buy it, you won't regret it.
@@jecky82 I’m getting ready to buy one of these. What color do you recommend? I’m definitely leaning butterscotch. Thanks!
wonderful review
Hard to beat the classic vibe, as good as the fender!

Bang for buck, the Affinity is so, so impressive.
