This is a great video (IMHO). Not quite perfect, but great in catching key points. For example, lifting and cribbing are different roles. So the lifting structure is different from the cribbing structures (which I've struggled with in the past). The multiple roles are important too (obviously, though availability of sufficient people could be an issue). The key critique I'd suggest is that serious bleeding wouldn't be surprising, so have a tourniquet ready would be wise.
