in today's vlog I'm setting a new daily routine for summer,
including slow mornings, a study routine for a new course
as well what I eat, healthy recipes you can cook at home :)
Also, big Chipi health update, we've been going to vet visits this week
blood test and neurologist appointment done!
Finally, I've been feeling exhausted from Covid too,
I'm recovering but it has been slow, my taste sense is not completely back either...

It's been stressful but I'm trying to not overthink it :) It happened before, and I overthought so much that I got sick, stopped eating, etc
Now I just want to stay positive cause I do believe Chipi might feel my mood, so yup, we did get some good news ☺ please cheer up I'll keep you all updated 🥰
So glad to hear that Chipi is doing okay now . Take care Chipi!! Also, when I had covid, I felt that the coffee tasted weird and there was no aroma as well. I can taste everything now after 3 months, so you should be alright!
sorry it has been hard for you these days :( with covid and chipi and all, sending you extra strength ❤ for makeup, usually foundation expired after 24-36 months but there's always expiration date stamped on so do check for those. but as long as the oil and the substance is not separating, it's good to go.

Since the Nars tinted moisturizer is in an opaque packaging I try to shake, smell and check consistency, so far it's good, and it's been around 36 months indeed, thank you for the info!!

Oh Chipi 😂 some dogs are hilariously bad at scent work.
Ok so I don't know if you should do this but I do and have found it helps. I put pure vitamin E oil on minor burns and it somehow helps reduce the pain and stinging. But it has to be a good quality pure one. You can also buy the vitamins and pop one with a pin to get the oil out if you're desperate. I've burned myself with boiling potato cheese soup and the vitamin E helped so much. But so put it under cool running water for several minutes first to cool it down. We need some firemen gloves to cook safely 😅

Hi, thank you for commenting! Hope you're fully recovered by now! I just hope I can taste coffee again soon 😅 other than that the exhaustion is going away slowly too, I'm lucky that my symptoms weren't too bad!

@@cerene_study For me it was exhaustion and difficulty breathing. Which is something I do not experience because I am blessed with strong lungs (I am a singer!). That was something that felt like the ultimate betrayal by my body during COVID. I did make a full recovery though. The exhaustion did take a while to subside unfortunately. I did not lose my taste or smell though. I dodged that bullet somehow. I truly hope you get your taste back. It is one of the most enjoyable things in life. Praying Cerene 💛

It's been so hard for me from end of may to june....I lost my cat few days ago 😭 . She was a stray cat she regularly comes to my home everyday play with me I give her food..and love her ..pet her..but she was only 7-8 months old when I lost her...till 6 months she comes to me . She was so innocent...but due to a disease called FIP I lost her 😭😭
Please love your pets as much as you all can ...spend time with them plss.😢
I always see her reflection at every corner and every place of my house and in my dreams .
