I am applying for a visitor visa along with my children; i am not applying for my spouse and will be in my country. We are legally married.
Since my spouse will not be with us, may I have to fill-up a custody form. Or it is okay without custody form since I am the real parent of my children.
I am worried about this question in GCkey-
Is your family member travelling with a parent who doesn’t have full legal custody of them? For this question may I answer yes or no?

In GcKey portal you have to attach some forms (personal details and family details form) in pdf format, but in IRCC portal whole application is online. No need to attach any forms.
