To all the people skinny shaming her, it's just as wrong as fat shaming. She does NOT have anorexia. It's very offensive to people who actually have had to deal with this and to the people who can't gain weight. She had even acknowledged it. She wants to gain weight, but it's hard you know. It makes me sad that everybody displays anorexia with skinny people when there is people who are called "fat" in this society that also have anorexia. Anorexia is an eating disorder and when "fat" people have it, no one cares and just congratulates on them loosing weight when they are still as fragile because there is no food or energy in their body. Stop shaming skinny people that also want to gain weight and is TRYING. Yall are acting like Korean beauty standards are bricks. Of course there is Korean beauty standards and people suffer through it, but do you think Sunmi that is a well known sanbaenim to many idols would get disrespect for a "not perfect body"? Big Bang doesn't fit standards either(taeyangs skin or hair, I love be)or Ailee(she slays), but do people disrespect them because of that? Who cares about only some of those articles. Sorry about this, just thought I would like to share this out.
Just wanted to point out that your examples aren't the best since Big Bang = males and Ailee did get a lot of hate for her weight.

She has always been that way, go check out Wonder Girls old vids. She loses and gains weight sometimes, but she's always on the skinny side. People with her body type are not easy to gain weight but they lose weight easily.
Why is it ok for you people to assume that she's anorexic? Why just can't except that she's skinny and that's the way she is? Why you tell a chubbier idol that it's ok to be like that but when it comes to a natural skinny one you tell her she has eating disorder????? Huh???

GNxoxo well, it's also stupid to assume that people don't have eating disorder. The kpop industry is harsh as fuck. It's not even a secret they starve themselves by "dieting". Moreover, you don't even have to be skinny stick to have bullimia/anorexia. what I'm saying is, we never know unless idols got diagnosed and unless they tell the media and came out about it (for example, IU or ladies code soojung). Stop being a)accusing or b) defensive when you also don't know the truth. just wish them to be well and HEALTHY no matter how their bodies look like.

she did mention however that she finds herself unhealthily skinny, but the reason she maintains this body is because it ends up looking good on cameras (since cameras so make you look chubbier then u actually are), but i dont think its right to label her anorexic without being her doctor or therapist, or actually knowing how her body functions

Stay thin. Eventually as you age, your metabolism will slow down and you will gain weight. Don't listen to overweight people who skinny shame because they are jealous of you. Many overweight people skinny shame because they want you to look like them so they can feel more attractive. Plus, when you get older, if you stay thin, you don't have to buy all types of expensive medication because of all the health problems you get from being overweight. (People don't realize that even being 10 pounds overweight leads to more health problems than smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and you have more of a chance of getting cancer from being overweight than from smoking.) Even if you just spend 300 a month on medication, that is 3600 a year. 10 years make is 36,000. 30 years makes it over $100,000. Just think of all you can do with that $100,000 if you stay thin and healthy.

Sadly this is our society. No matter in wich part of the world. Blaming for being skinny, blaming for being overweight. The most people don't care about the ground. I have a illness, cause of this I'm overweight and It's hard for me too lose weight. But people think I only eat a lot and only fast food (it's not so -.-). So disgusting. I never blaming someone for beeing skinny or fat. Cause I know how hurtful it is. Sad not all people think before they speak.
