The new keychain stand and acrylic cases look really lovely on the table. Wow, my mind would have shut down given all the hazards around your stall site and then asking you to leave that walkway which made it more of a hazard due to the concrete edge of the garden. You maybe should ask for a partial refund due to that situation they put you in. I remember a group of us got partial refunds when it was complained about the hazardous walking space around the setup it caused to customers and it all had to do with the guttering and trip hazards. Apart from all that it looked like a really lovely market to shop at
Yeah they really should have sold an 8-foot table display for those walkway spots and like halved the cost of it. Or just leave it as a walkway altogether. I would be so worried about being liable.
I think once the keychain stand is full it will definitely look a lot better too lol but thank you!! I think I'm just going to be more clear to the coordinators if I want to do the market again that I would prefer a site not beside the road like that. This market did have way more vendors than are typically there for these markets so I think that's why they put some of us by the street like that. I've been by the street on the other side near the cigar bar but it's a different sidewalk set up over there where you have more space. It was really crazy how many people almost tripped in front of me! It was definitely a fun atmosphere but it was a little weird seeing all the traffic so close yet so far away lol
@amandaperry9399 I definitely think they just had more vendors than the area allowed for so they were just fitting people in where they could. My biggest issue with the spot is that in order to make that walkway I as a vendor had to have my back fully scooted to the street where I could've been hurt!!

I do love my lights! It's been a hot minute since I've done a night market so I had to remember how to set the lights up since they are a little tricky lol. They definitely take extra time but I think they're worth it for sure!! I definitely will reach out to the coordinator and let them know that curb is no joke!!! You have a great weekend too!!
Universal Epic is going to be so amazing! We love universal over Disney. But my daughter and I go to Disney once a year and I let her choose what we do. I’m excited to see that Gabbys dollhouse and Dreamworks area. I love your vlogs by the way ❤️
I'm very interested to see what the pass situation will be like with Epic! Right now we have the 3 park pass but I'm hoping they do what Disney does where they will have Epic Universe, Universal Studios, & Islands of Adventure as the 3 park pass and then Volcano Bay as the add on like Disney does with its water park. I don't want to have to also get Volcano Bay in case we decide to do the Disney water parks next year or Aquatica! I saw them testing the Trollercoaster the other day so hopefully that means it'll be open soon! And Thank you so much for the support :)

I just got them on Amazon! I have them linked in my Amazon storefront in market essentials I think! They are gazebo net lights & I just use my Ryobi inverter to power them!!

Yikes. Lots of logistical issues this time. Is that something you let slide or do you say something to the event coordinator? I would think to say something but I also wouldn't want to come off too demanding.
I'm pretty go with the flow for most things lol so I didn't say anything. It was a little odd but it didn't take away too much from my experience I think. I think maybe if I wanted to do the Friday market again I would probably email and ask to be in the main area and not beside the street again and that would hopefully fix the issue!
When you walk so far from your booth have you ever had people steal your stuff? That’s my biggest fear
I personally have never had this happen nor any fellow vendors at markets I've done have had this happen. If anything, stealing has happened during markets because inventory is out, and it's easier to distract vendors. There has been theft happen at conventions more often than craft art markets from what I've heard.
I don't really have that fear lol. I'm never usually far away from my booth for too long of a time or I have someone set up next door who will keep an eye on it while I've walked away. A lot of my items are pretty big so if someone wanted to steal something they'd have to be pretty bold! I really only ever walk away to use the bathroom/do a venue tour before it gets started and then once I've packed up so I don't have too much time away. Thankfully I've not had an issues with that so hopefully it stays that way!
@MoonOwlDesigns Yeah I've only known one instance of someone stealing from a vendor and it was a few stickers but they aren't 100% sure they were stolen lol
