Hello Faryal! I live on the western side of the continent and I am interested in moving to a Toronto suburb! Between Mississauga and Milton, which one has more diversity? Thanks for your video!
Great question! Both cities are incredibly diverse, but Mississauga boasts a wider range of ethnicities and cultures. If you would like more information and discuss this in detail. You can simple book a quick call with me through Calendly link: calendly.com/faryalsellsrealestate/30mins
@@livinglocalwithfaryal thank you for your response! We are still a year or two off from buying, but I’ll follow your channel and continue watching your updates and make sure to reach out to you and book when time comes! Do you cover the entire GTA?
@@livinglocalwithfaryal Economic reasons, south asians are not a monolith, but generally underperform in Canada vis a vis other communities. When too many of them move into a neighbourhood, they drop the value of the homes. Im not in the least bit racist, but I have investment properties in Burlington, and my perception is that if too many south asians move into a neighbourhood, you are not going to be able to sell to anyone else, because no one wants to move into a south asian neighbourhood, and south asians dont make enough money to keep the values high.
