Hi Dr.Jen I get UTI mostly all the time my doctor said to me is the sex that caused me to get a UTI but it’s very painful what are some things I could do to stop it from happening what I do is stop drinking juice and just drink a lot of water because I have to stay hydrated all the time that’s what I do I chug down so much water just to stop it .

I always had a yeast infection, after my husband & I have sexual intercourse. ( the old fashioned way). I always urinate after our love making .
