My family's doing both a Dice Game and Secret Santa.
Secret Santa, we draw names from a hat, have a group text for suggestions and then we buy each other stuff that we think suits each other.
The dice game is where we get 10-20$ things like personal care, clothes, trinkets, tools, etc. Then we play a game where we roll doubles to pick out wrapped gifts until we have an equal amount and unwrap them, then we play a second round to roll doubles to swap for gifts we want
