I've just got this one,, it's very easy to reshape the handle with some 400grit wet and dry,, mine fits my hand absolutely perfectly now,, I'm looking forward to really putting it through some hard use now,, and if it lives up to my expectations, I might just get the bigger version too. 👍🔪👍
Hello, I have 2 questions. 1. What method did you use to remove the black traction coating? 2. Would you consider this particular blade good for most bushcraft usage? Thank you
Thanks for that, now I'm hungry! Lol I could tell the ground was damp and then you said the rain was spitting. Tolkien immediately came to mind- "Dwarves can make a fire almost anywhere out of almost anything, wind or no wind"....now I suspect he meant the Scottish!
Lol 😂 i wish that was the case. I wish i could get a Dave wenger tracker but the Boker is ok for the money. It has its limitations as you would expect.
Nice show. I like making feathers with the draw stroke best. I use a pocket knife from the dollar store that I sharpened. It puts everything to shame making fire. Shavings can be so fine that I actually ignited live maple with a ferro cerium rod. Being a small knife, I can pinch the curls with my thumb and side of the blade and pluck them off the stick. But, the small size does make your hand close to the wood and prones to abrasions on the knife hand. Forget about battoning. The best way to split with such a small knife is to weaken an area to break the stick and hope a split develops. I feel that your video should have gotten many more views by the way.

Great value for your money for these knives
Just bought this knife. Fire the price I don't think you could go wrong. Thanks for the video you did the knife well.
Hopefully you will do well with your blade m8. This is one of my favourite blades. I Carry it all the time in the field. It’s brilliant for fire craft
That's a steal for that price!
Certainly is m8. Well worth the money

It’s probably down to the way algorithm work. I am not a I.T guy. Well hopefully it will put up at some point m8
A great knife! I think there's no opinion, that the Bark River ( much, much more expensive) con do it better then this one or the big Böker Tracker!
Very true m8 👍
how to sharpen such a knife and on what?
I use a ceramic rod or handy sharp and leather strop to keep it sharp
