I'd love for the BMF belt to be on the line. Max vs Topuria is a HUGE fight with both fighters coming off stunning, career defining wins and both being near their prime with a fun striking heavy styles with a great story to back it all up. It's a bigger fight than Volk vs Topuria, even. All this to say that fights as good as this does not happen often, so put everything into it so that we can all cherish how genuinely great the match up is.

I'd love for the BMF belt to be on the line. Max vs Topuria is a HUGE fight with both fighters coming off stunning, career defining wins and both being near their prime with a fun striking heavy styles with a great story to back it all up. It's a bigger fight than Volk vs Topuria, even. All this to say that fights as good as this does not happen often, so put everything into it so that we can all cherish how genuinely great the match up is.

If you play heel, you get hate but you also get money fight and an equal amount of support if you back up what you say. I absolutely love Lilia inside the cage, but thinking he calls the shots and like he has a say so if he gets to fight for the people’s belt (bmf), fans decide who fights for that belt and him thinking he is qualified as a bmf is nuts. Maybe someday, but not today. And the fact he didn’t have to go through max to get that belt to me means he needs to beat max to truly legitimize himself as the best 145 in the ufc he should be dying for that fight and begging for it not acting like it will be on his terms. Just my thoughts nothing personal against him I just don’t like those things.
