Very brave trying to tackle all three of these at once.
Some comments from me for what I can talk about, Cav P1 is secretly too strong. Being no cooldown means you can just spam it to either chase or escape from a rival, and it will save your butt more often than not. With the addition of harsher falloff damage at range, your survivability skyrockets with every repeated use. Cav P1 is the greatest tool in the game for gaining distance. With kick spam, you will be first to every printer. You can also use it to race out of the vault after getting the package. No one will be able to chase you, and only very specific agents with no damage falloff will be able to poke you down. It also pairs well with Holomimic for when you decide it is best to regain cover.
Chavez E3 is not drowning. It changes the breakpoints for his first two weapons at low damage. W2 turns into a 5-shot kill after 8 damage absorbed. That means you can pre-charge it on a single guard punch, and have an early advantage on rivals not investing in an early HP chip. W1 becomes a 3-shot kill after absorbing 14 damage. E3 is very powerful in a “door standoff” situation like when you and the package carrier are having a staredown through a glass window. Run through the door with E3 up and enjoy all the bonus damage you get for getting shot first. People look at it as a shorter duration E1, but fail to think about it as a way to get bonus damage.
I’m a Larcin main with the highest ranked win rate Season 3 at the moment, so I’ve got some comments. I use E3. It is his best expertise for “being a rat.” Let the enemy follow the trail, you will be so far ahead of them, you can just keep running and still be safely away from them. Your rivals also have to deal with guards and “third party’s” attacking them, so they cannot chase down E3 as easily as you may think. Only Amped Up Squire and Cav P1 can effectively give chase.
E1 is also good, but in situations where you only have one way to escape, a good rival can see a door open and immediately know where you went, and you don’t have the speed to get safely away. The poof noise and vfx also tend to give E1 away if you try to use it to hide nearby. I’d rather just guarantee gaining safe distance on them. E2 is good for fighting, but rarely are you forced to stay and fight; you can just run away from it and cover your butt with a shield and bounce pad. You can use his other expertise to fight in addition to escaping. Honestly, I’d probably reverse your rankings of his expertise. I’d also drop P3 down.
