I've got to let you know. Yesterday afternoon my very grumpy, sassy, neurotic cat (seen in my profile picture) came and sat in my lap after I lit a special blend frankincense candle. I pressed play on this video. And would you know it, she completely relaxed into a puddle and was the most Zen I've seen her in years. We had a lovely hour of calm together so my many many many thanks to you ❤
My cats responded to my deep "OM" humming. They hear things so acutely...sounds within sounds and frequencies that we can't hear. Good for your cat! You've found a treatment . ❤

Honestly I usually don't like the sound baths however this is really refreshing. It reminds me of a place I used to go called Phoenix and Dragon. It's a metaphysical store in Buckhead, GA. The strange thing is I'm not really into all of that but I love the store.
Thank you so much🤍 it was one of the best yoga practices i ever had. i opened your channel to pick a video so i can practice, i saw you were live so i entered when there was a count down of 20 seconds. and it was magickal, felt destined. especially because i finished the shavasana and the affirmations intuitively in the exact time the video ended. it was very healing on every level of being, i even cried abit🥺 sending lots of positive energies and love🪄 ✨
