  • Jonathan walks into a car salon to pick out an auto. Trying to figure out which option he likes more, he attempts to get inside one of the vehicles to look around. But a salesman stops him. Taking one look at Jonathan, the salesman states that he clearly has no money to pay for the car, so what is he even doing here?
Jonathan stands his ground and says he wants a test drive. He invites the salesman to join him. Yet, Jonathan did this not to indulge the salesman’s bigotry but to teach him a lesson.

Jonathan's girlfriend: Look, I assure you must learn racism is a very serious matter. Learn to respect all people all over the world. How would you feel if this happened to you?

I think that he showed himself the bigger person, and that the argument that he laid out is very accurate. He will know to keep an eye out for him. But if he is working every day for an amazing boss and having a good experience with someone that he had thought to be inferior, than he learns that his initial thought was wrong. Not to mention how humbling the contrast in the boss' behavior and his own original behavior. The bigger the contrast, the more ashamed of his own behaviour he becomes. Racism can become hatred, but I don't actually think that it is rooted in it. I think the cause is ignorance that becomes annoyance, which strengthens to resentment that turns to hate. Chip away at the ignorance, and it can go away. And the entire body language displayed was someone in a very teachable state. As the new boss pointed out, the lesson that he would have learned instead was seemingly one more confirmation of his original (wrong) impression.

Why not the car owner buy the rude salesman dinner? This was so not realistic and if a person disrepects me due my skin color, the last thing I will do is shake his hand and stop him from being fired. The salesman just learn he can treat people like crap and nothing will happen.

Maybe it could have had sense if the manager/owner would have came out to stop the guy right before hitting the car. But a guy causing damages on a so expensive car and then a so happy "why can't we be friends" ending? with no consequences for free destruction? no sense, and a bad lesson like "good people can let bad people leave with no suffering for their actions" - the only lesson a true racist would be "this rich black is stupid".

Don’t push people away, surround yourself with people who are spiritually mature and get the help that you need. Isolation when you are in pain and don’t know if there’s a way out is dangerous and that’s why we have suicide cases. Denying service to the client for being Black and supposedly unable to pay for it, threatening to call security and directing to another dealer is the sign of impatience, racism and ignorance. The chap was eager to test drive but having cops called on him just for pulling a gun on the dealer for getting into the car!!! The boss, Mr Thompson revealed that the chap, Mr Walker was the owner of the car, now he is calling the police on the unruly staff John and had him fired. That was a nice twist, Dramatizers, Mr Walker was willing to help the bully get back on his feet!!!

Strong video with some pepper even. Salesman could have treated Jonahtan in normal way, key as sellers should be kind, patient, caution, attentive, affable to any people interested in a particular good. In that occasion he would have not been so close with Jonathan and the last one would have been unfolded never or later maybe in other condition already .....

just because the car dealership guy flipped off a black guy doesn't mean he was just doing it because he was black. So what if he was black.

Great video, I loved it. We live under the same sun, sky, moon and stars. We breathe the same air. We are not wild animals from a jungle. We all bleed red. Very good ending. Revenge is biting a snake because that snake bit you.
