1) can women choose general shift (9 to 5pm day time) permenantly?? Is night shift mandatory for women? Do they give us choice?
2) Also can women take sat sun off with day time shift instead of the 5 day shift followed usually??? (I.e morning afternoon and night shift)

Timings and all the work practices are gender neutral except Maternity leave.
