Dear Sir, first of all, the way, with which you have presented this topic, is very convincing, persuasive and impressing. Despite, there is a mistake and one lacuna, which I would like to point out for the correct and clear understanding of topic.
You have explained that second number person in whom the right of pre-emption vests is 'Shafi Jar', but this explanation is not correct. The second person in whom the right of pre-emption vests is 'Shafi Khalit'. Another thing, which you have forgotten to teach is that "the right of pre-emption shall be exercisable only in case of ‘Zaroorat’ or to avoid ‘Zarar’." For ready reference Section 6 of the Punjab Pre-Emption Act, 1991 may be re-read. For ready reference, I reproduce the same hereunder: -
6. Persons in whom the right of pre-emption vests.- (1) The right of pre-emption shall vest-
(a) firstly, in Shafi Sharik;
(b) secondly, in Shafi Khalit; and
(c) thirdly, in Shafi Jar.
Explanation.- I ‘Shafi Sharik’ means a person who is a co-owner in the corpus of the undivided immovable property sold.
II ‘Shafi Khalit’ means a participator in the special rights attached to the immovable property sold, such as right of passage, right of passage of water or right of irrigation.
III ‘Shafi Jar’ means a person who has a right of pre-emption because of owning an immovable property adjacent to the immovable property sold.
(2) Notwithstanding anything in sub-section (1), the right of pre-emption shall be exercisable only in case of ‘Zaroorat’ or to avoid ‘Zarar’.

عمر صاحب کیا حال ہیں ۔اب آپ کی طبیعت کیسی ہے ۔رات کو آپ کا کرونا پر میسج دیکھا تھا ۔ جو پندرہ دن پرانا ہے ۔ امید کرتا ہوں کہ آپ بہتر ہو گئے ہونگے ۔ تاہم تشویش اپنی جگہ پر موجود ہے ۔ کیونکہ کرونا کے لیے پندرہ دن بہت ہوتے ہیں اور مجھے نہیں معلوم کہ اب دنیا میں موجود بھی ہیں یا نہیں ؟ پچھلے چند دنوں سے میں آپ کے لیکچر پوری توجہ کے ساتھ سن رہا ہوں ۔ ۔اس کا سبب یہ ہے کہ ذاتی طور پر میں اپنا کیس خود لڑن چاہتا ہوں ۔ اور سچی بات یہ ہے کہ وکلاء کی فیس دینے کی استطاعت نہیں رکھتا ۔۔۔ تاہم یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ جو کام آپ نے اپنے لیکچرز کے ذریعے کیا ہے اور جس طور پر قانون کی اگہی فراہم کی ہے ۔ وہ کام انتہائی اہمیت کا حامل ہے ۔ ہماری بد قسمتی یہ ہے کہ ہمیں قانون کی کتابیں اردو میں بہت کم دستیاب ہیں ۔شاید اس کا سبب یہ ہے کہ ہم اب بھی یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ قانون اشرافیہ کی میراث ہے ۔نوبل شعبہ ہے اور ہر انصاف کے متمنی شخص کے متمنی شخص کی کی ہیلپ کوئی لارڈ کر دے گا ۔المیہ یہ ہے کہ ہماری اس خوش فہمی کے نتیجے میں انصاف عام آدمی کی پہنچ سے دور ہو رہا ہے ۔بہر کیف اللہ تعالی آپ کو صحت دے ۔ اور قانون کو عام آدمی کی فہم و فراست کو بچانے کے لئے آپ کا کام یقینا قابل ستائش ہے۔ ۔کاش کہ اعلی عدالتیں بھی اپنے ان فیصلوں کو جو نیٹ پر موجود ہیں یا وہ سائٹیشن جو نیٹ پر موجود ہیں ان کی ترقی و ترویج کے لیے اردو زبان کو شعار بنائیں تو عام آدمی کیلئے ان کو سمجھنا آسان ہوگا ۔ باہر سے مجھے آپ سے مکمل تعارف توحاصل نہیں ہے ۔لیکن میں آپ سے کام کو ایک اثاثہ سمجھتا ہوں

As per the Illustration of section 9 (here in video 37 min), the last line is "shall be distributed between B & C in equal shares and NOT according to their respective shares in the house".
Whereas, as you explained in 37 min timeline, the property shall be distributed proportionately to the present shares of B & C.
Please elaborate it...

Sections 9: when all the Shareek are interested, the property will be divided equally not according to their respective shares (this also includes inheritance proportion)
