I think this was his first concert after Singer. He was very young. I’ve been following Dimash since 2017. 2025 is right around the corner and Dimash keeps surprising us. His creative mind and one of a kind vocals are something not to be compared to anyone else. I’m so happy I found him in 2017. I am one of his older fans and he is like a gift that keeps on giving. She saw on the news about this tragedy about people dying on a cable car accident, where 14 people died, including the 2 year old boy's parents. They died holding their child up to cushion the fall. Later she adopted the boy. Dimash first sang this song on the Singer 2017, but he was very sick, so I feel like this version was what he wanted his performance to sound like. The song was written and composed by the boy's adoptive mother (Han Hong) and Dimash sang the song for the first time in Mandarin on “The Singer 2017”, but he had a sore throat and sang through injections. The doctor said that if he sang high notes, he would never sing again... He sang! Then he made this wonderful version, already cured, at his show in Bastau!
Thank you for your reaction snd commentary. As so many Dears here have said, this is based on a true story, sung from the boy's perspective. Dimash certainly gave us the anguish this child felt. Powerful and beautiful performance. As others have said, his Singer version was also very good, full of emotion, along with showing the events of losing his voice snd treatment leading up to and showing the actual performance. Hello Carmen, thank you for your reaction! The only other performance of this song by Dimash , that I know, was at the singer competition, and Dimash was very sick that day, having lost his voice. Still did a great job, but it was nowhere near this one. I would like to recommend that you also listen to a group called Forestella; they were the winners of a competition called the Phantom singer 2017. All four members have extra ordinary voices, which they land beautifully. They are nicknamed the Kings of harmonies, and sing in all genres, from opera to pop. Maybe start with Lazenca save us!
The story behind the song will put you in tears, the reason for this one is because Dimash lost his voice and barely got the song sung on the singer, this is how he really wanted to sing it
