Very systematic way of teaching! I have a better understanding of the basics now. Great foundation for a beginner student. Thank you for the brilliant presentation.
very useful, I really appreciate you for making such a fantastic video since I was lost between different Acts and now I am more knowledgeable about land.
Please can you reply back as soon as possible with a list in order from start to finish of which videos to watch first and which videos to watch last from all the videos that you have uploaded on the channel, just so that I can watch them in order. The first two videos (part 1 and part 2) titled for beginners I have watched, what are the videos or playlists in order after those beginner videos? I’m starting to get jumbled up with what I need to watch first to be able to get to grips with the next (totally new to land law hence probably why I’m struggling to put them in order) I also just wanted to say, your beginner videos were great to watch and super helpful! Thank you so much.
Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. Sorry but I can't help you with a definitive list. My videos are not intended to be a course for viewers to follow. The playlists are organised by topic and I give a brief description of each video to help viewers decide if they may find it helpful or not. I plan to upload further videos which will be a mixture of 'basic bitesize' stuff and more complex videos for students who have completed their studies and need to prepare for an assessment but, as it's a bit of a side-line for me, they do take me a very long time to do. I have attempted to cover some topics that students will encounter early in their studies e.g. constitution of trusts, unregistered land, and legal and equitable interests so you should be able to find something in there to help. I hope this helps. Amanda
Brilliant. Your an amazing teacher. In defo going to subscribe. Can you upload other legal modules such as business law, inheritance tax law , probate law please
Thanks for the feedback. I have taken a break from making videos recently but hope to be back uploading again soon! I don't know anything about business law, inheritance tax law or probate I'm afraid, but I do have some videos on the law of trusts you might find helpful
Quick question: for a valid deed, you say that the signatures must be witnessed. My question is who is it who must be the witness? Which sort of person suffices as a valid witness?
Anyone can witness the signature except the parties to the deed. Ideally the witness should be over the age of majority (although I don't think that this is a requirement)
You are a lifesaver! I was bamboozled by equitable rights but you have made the subject crystal clear. Thank you!
Thanks Maria. It's not easy to get your head around them!

You're very welcome! I hope you passed
Could you please link part 2 and others please..
Great work 🙂🙏
Sorry - don't know how to do that. They should be in the same playlist and lectures are numbered.

Thank you. I'm afraid I have retired so won't be doing any further videos in the near future

@@bitesizelaw9163 great! Thanks for clarification.
Helping me a lot
This was so helpful ❤️
The content and presentation are great. The volume is low.
Thanks for the feedback. Audio and IT are not my greatest strengths! I'll check out your videos. Your channel sounds interesting
Your videos are very helpful! 🤗
Glad you think so!
So is a registrable charge an equitable interest even if it’s registered?
Are you referring to registered or unregistered title?
Thank you sooooo much
😊
