Hi San, I had chills by the end of this video. Just this morning the birds we're going nuts outside of my house and I thought maybe there's a crow around. Haha that got me to thinking about Cruz there's so many different connotations some good some bad but I was trying to figure out how I felt about them and I never came to a conclusion. Being a Libra I guess that's understandable. I do honestly have to say I've never thought anything negative truly about crows. The other thing I wanted to mention is I keep having these memories but I can't see myself in them and I also cannot remember them being in this lifetime which is really freaking me out because I'm questioning did I do this did this happen to me and I'm like trying to figure out when I did that and when it happened and I just don't know. Pulled my new teeny realization bit in my meditation further along into a clear discipline.🎉🎉🎉 Teeny teeny thought or rather awareness that associates to a very fine feeling of groundedness aka present wholly embodied. Happened 3 or 4 days ago. I realized when I remain aware of my IN-BREATH (inSPIRITation) is what I welcome in (I feel the feeling). In me (I feel the feeling of ME) whilst keeping the feeling of SPIRIT roaming in and around me, I connect my awareness to all that exists out there in the material world and feel that (keeping me n Spirit feelings present AND alas knowing Spirit is in the material world as much as in me and itself.) Full circle!! I then land my awareness on anything and everything (whatever comes up in my mind or SOLAR PLEXUS, the natural organic world, the space n stars n glory, gratefulnes, beauty, balance, power, prosperity etc etc and feeling it from Spirit's intention n perspective, knowing it is allONE; received in my body thru my awareness.
