He said it in the show, he got sick on the trip and wasn't feeling very well. That's also why they didn't have them really do much like usual and just sat down and talked. Also, this was right after the worship ceremony and various interviews where they were outside in the heat and noise..😥 I know he pushed through for this because it's something they'd already committed to, and since they were going to prepare to start filming Between Us in a few days, there wouldn't have been another time to schedule it.

I always get the feeling that Boun is more attentive and puts more effort into the relationship than Prem. Could be wrong! I also feel that because Boun seems more joyful he will go farther and make more money because he is a joy to be around. Prem is more real “like me” but sometimes you have to play the game.
