I started studying this piece about 3 years ago, and finally completed it and put together in the past few months.. Every single part of this Nocturne is phenomenal, from the start to the end. I recommend using a good pair of headphones to appreciate all the sound's details.
Piano: 2021 Steinway and Sons classic grand piano model B with Spirio | R
Microphone: Royer SF-12 Stereo Ribbon Microphone

Good job! Chopin wrote this nocturne when he got to know that the girl he used to be engaged to and still loved (Maria Wodzinska) married another man. That is why this piece is so dramatic and emotional. This is one of my favourite Chopin pieces.
Thank you! Chopin is the best! I did not know, but can feel all the emotions in this piece, love sadness and rage..
Huh bro ? ._.
This is an amazing interpretation which i would struggle finding in a "professional" pianist.
Thank you, I really enjoyed it.
Thanks for your kind words. It motivates me to get better.. Almost ready to record a new piece..
Big Congrats!! This piece of Chopin is driving me crazy …. Only started working on it about 3 months ago. I know it’s a long road, but any tips that you could share? Similar to you, I restarted playing piano back in 2020 after a long hiatus and fell in love with Chopin right away.
Thanks! On this piece I concentrate on the pianissimo of the left hand, keeping myself from opening to much too soon.. the last part I practiced very slowly and pianissimo to gain velocity control as much as I could to be able to play fast but soft.. good luck!
Not bad for an "amateur."
Thanks
amateur pianist 💀💀
Yes.. I'd love to have 6/8 hours per day to study piano.. but have a job and family lol
This is a very good interpretation! How do u even call urself an amateur?? Ur a professional in my opinion, Bravo!👏
Thank you for your kind comment. I have a job and family.. so can’t be committed 100%… I wish I had more time to study, but thanks to a great teacher I was able to improve my piano playing and committing to make videos pushed me to play at my best potential. It just takes me months to prepare a piece instead of weeks.. I can’t even read and play a new piece like pros do lol..
Very intense.Thank you!
Bravo !
Thanks!
I cannot stop listening to this piece. You played so beautifully, so emotionally and so softly (pianissimo). Amazingly beautiful! !!
Thank you Yasuko!!

Bravo🎉🎉🎉. Wish I could play this piece. My piano teacher said I weren’t ready. This is one of the hardest nocturnes in particular doppio movimento section.
Thank you! It took me a long time to learn this piece... My teacher is really good at teaching PPP… keep studying and you will make it!
Beautiful! and thank you!
Thank you! Cheers!
Never heard this piece like this version ,
I think you made it more "nocturne" within this tempo and the touch was really gentle as well.
Thank you, I work a lot on the Pianissimo and sound.. I am kind of obsessed..
I uploaded same video with better audio here audio here: ua-cam.com/video/kndoBCNm-JM/v-deo.html
this was magnificent omg
Thank you!!
Great job! I liked a lot your performance. This nocturne is really phenomenal.
Thanks for listening!
Amazing. For me the best of all nocturnes. Keep it up !
Thank you!
Can’t hear it, please raise the volume up
I have to improve mastering I know.. but if you wear headphones should be better, I am trying not to edit to keep it authentic
@@nicolasterzani4188 no need to mastering, just normalize your audio track, it will get better as far as volume goes and it'll keep its authenticity
Donde está la mano izquierda? Tan importante en esta obra... Es el protagonista de principio a final, no me mola.
