I'm 66 years old, no longer have firm arms but beautiful short sleeve blouses. I will add it to the short sleeves so I can wear those beautiful summer blouses that I love so much but didn't dare to wear. Thank you for the pattern.

Was thinking the same thing, I’m in the middle of making a 1880’s outfit for the local horse races next year and I was not able to find any lace that I liked that was made with cotton or silk that did not cost an arm and a leg🙄 so decided that I just had to learn how to make my own lace.
I love the fact I can make the lace to fit my outfit and not the other way around, but working with a 1.25mm hook is very hard on the wrists 😹I have been having fun practising with this design and a couple of Elena’s other designs now I have been having fun designing my own lace 😊😊

I was wondering about the finished size of this lace. You just answered my question!
So, is the measure of 10 cm (4 inches) using a 2mm or 1.5mm hook??
And does that include the beginning start rows?
