@@CheveeDodd I feel lost and don't want to go to work. Luckily I'm able to skip work here and there. Just need more stability and I'll feel better. I bought my expensive ski pass for the season that lets me go out to the big resorts too. Thinking about skiing is an instant trigger for thinking about my dad.

I tapered in 5mg steps over a week each time. I had some withdrawal symptoms like headaches and general confusion for a few weeks.
