Or, a detrimental past, one cannot release thoughts/memories of…. Harboring tons of repressed emotions, allowing it to control their present day..by insisting to theirselves, it will always become the same outcome … If this is the case, time to ask ourselves..what we are doing, if it’s always “same outcome as the past”…. I can promise, whether you’re the victim of the situation or not, we play a role in just about every situation that comes in our life, the hardest part is the accountability. This obviously, excludes the obvious (such as…senseless tragic events to occur..some things, we genuinely did not play a role in whatsoever, but still are effected by it)…. Nonetheless, still no one’s responsibility now, but our very own…to pick up and carry on with the now. All that is exist is this moment, at a time.
