According to the steam charts you can forget about the silence killing, compared with a year ago nobody is playing their games any more. A new game, a new trashzone map combined with a few other cod games and still they have bleeded more than 50% of their players. That's not silence killing, that's mass murder!! Anybody who thinks Treyarch will save this game next year, forget it with this horrible match making and the worst anti cheat in gaming.
Dude look at the deaths!!! 28 deaths 30 deaths!! Back in the real MW2 you might see one guy go like 2-17 but all you see is kids going 20-31?!! This is just insane!! How did they not leave the lobby after 35 deaths in a FFA? Man they killed this franchise! 😵

It is no longer about having a fun gaming experience. It is all about micro transactions, Nikki Minaj skins and comic book gun effects. I want a shooter with good gaming mechanics and fun maps. Seems impossible these days.

That's another thing most of the skins are garbage but I can deal w dumb skins, but the stupid ass death effects gun packs cause are so ugly and annoying!! I wish you could turn off death effects because they are all ugly asF!! Except one I saw you turn into cubes like the PS5 fortnite death animation. That's the only one that looks cool at ALL!

All I see is high kills, high death final scores. Only time I get a 2.0 or higher is when I camp hardcore and end up with a low kill count because of it.

I don't think it's the matchmaking. Maps, killstreaks, and balancing quality has declined significantly. I had a 1kd in black ops 1, which means I got dumped on a lot but it was still tons of fun
I mean, look at this gameplay for example: a mine as killstreak, this garbage chaotic map, busted snipers, etc...
They babyproofed the snipers most broken guns in the game
Maps are definitely a factor... maps have zero flow. 30 flank routes, parkour up every wall.
Maybe not for you, for me it is together with the ongoing cheating problem.
@ThunderStruckGaming agreed. This is the only franchise where missing sniper shots is harder than hitting the target, and it's these types of gameplay designs that have been driving this franchise to the ruins. The matchmaking is just a symptom of the poor game design these devs are implementing
