The question I want you to ask Grace, is are they going to make the mountain look better? Maybe add some snow or just refurbish it! It's supposed to be the center piece of the park, and it needs some love!!
Or get the upper water falls working again… or some of the side of the mountain ones working again… lol maybe the tree removal is for another water fall, I could only hope but that is the only way tree removal can be justified.
@@JohnHuitemathis, it’s always bothered me how the upper waterfalls haven’t worked in a while haha
I bet the skyflyer loop or whatever it is will be done first because you can see it basically everywhere which will build up hype and it doesn’t get in anyone’s way
It only makes sense to refresh the whole mountain. I can’t wait to see it.
How many more new rides can they fit inside the mountain?
I remember in an interview before alpen fury they said for sure 2 more rides maybe 3 in the mountain

Wasn’t the place where the marine life shows are done at Marineland named King Waldorf’s stadium or something like that? Probably explains the Waldorf name on the documents.
@julianhudson7811 Yes King Waldorf is the mascot of Marineland. The former campground and the stadium are named after King Waldorf
And for anyone not aware King Waldorf is a cartoon walrus with a red crown and red cape
I really hope sea world buys marine land
Sea World spent decades reviving their tarnished reputation because of the same animal cruelty charges and accusations brought to them. They wouldn't touch marineland with a 100 foot pole. What I believe is some no-name company/investment group has bought marineland, will rename it, remove the whales and animals, attempt to rebuild as a ride-only park, and after 10 years will probably go bust. Hopefully by then the bad reputation will be gone and in the past and a larger company will swoop in and buy it. But right now, no big company wants to touch the property.

Lots to do. Do you think they will start to install track pieces next week? This is the perfect time to work on Skyflyers plot of land, it will be baby steps around the throughout the mountain, right through until January. They do have a window between Haunt and Winterfest to get things going. It will be sad to see all those tree's go away.

It’s possible to replace the removed trees with mature ones if they pay for that level of landscaping. It’s definitely cheaper to transplant smaller ones but if you want a certain look on day one you can pull it off.

@@JohnHuitema It makes absolutely nonsense to buy a dump of a park that will cost 300 or 400M to make decent, that would be competing against themselves in Wonderland. They are investing heavily in Wonderland, it makes no sense to compete against themselves in building up wonderland. The only way they would make slight sense if it t was to prevent someone else from competing near them that would actually pump money into it like Herchend or United Parks. Of course then they could be in Guega situation where it took 15 years to dump the land to developers interesting in housing & other stuff, not amusement parks
