I have a special comment for what you said at the end of this video. First, I’d like to tell you, that I don’t know how you can say that you aren’t a dancer. You dance from your heart, self taught with no instructor. I am the same. And no one taught me how to house groove. I learned by watching others in cyphers and then began to dance in on my own. I dance from my heart, and so do you. That sir, makes you a dancer and makes you more than qualified to teach what you love. You are amazing and know absolutely what you are doing. I miss house dancing so much. When I came across your video, only inspired me to start and keep dancing again. There’s no better feeling than the feeling of footwork. I’d love to see more of you in house grooving.
im the same way I did learn some basic moves like farmer but heel toe and everything I learned from watching dance circles at the club , dancing from the soul is the best no routine just feeling the music and the movement
You got any videos of you battling or show casing and just getting down? I'd prefer you showcasing over battling if you do. If not. Consider this PLEASE because it's not done enough by tutors. Before you give the lessons, or after you give the lessons. Just get down using the moves that you just showed everyone so the peopl trying to learn can see a real good example of how they all come together. You do a great job of showing moves and seeing you dance with them, but nothing where you string them all together.
amongst all the videos on here teaching the same steps he's by far the best one. He breaks it down so much better and more simple, but he just gets into with not to much stopping and explaining shit you a lot of attempted teachers do. But he's also got that natural groove. He's not like a lot of dancing just a bit to fast euro house heads do, doesn' OVER step out or high with his knees like a lot of new york house head teachers do. He'd fit right in if he came and got down in Chicago. HE'S PURE UNDERGROUND and it has a lot to do with his upper body grooving that he does. That upper body groove just comes. You can be taught for things to use upper body wise, but it will always looked forced at fast, and then all of sudden that you'll do something that really feels so natural and groovy and it's all you need to be able to more easily. It's almost like it wonk if you're thinking about it. Anyway. He's just straight up underground. He get more hits once he's noticed.
