It looks like it will be a fantastic new home for Everton, I hope you have many great games there, and when it opens that you are still in the Premiership where you belong. On the plus side of your two seperate points deductions, the powers to be are send a strong message to Man City berties that after their hearing for the 115 charges against them that the points deduction they are likely to get will put them in the conference league.
